📋 Practice Expectations 

Athletes are expected to attend all scheduled practices. Absences are only considered excused for the following reasons:

• Illness

• Prior communication with the coaching staff

• Family emergency

• School-related graded assignment or academic obligation

Unexcused Absence Policy

Any unexcused absence from practice will result in the following progressive disciplinary process:

1st Unexcused Absence

• Verbal Warning from the Coach, Team Mom, and Coordinator

2nd Unexcused Absence

• Written Warning from the Coordinator and President

3rd Unexcused Absence

• Possible Removal from the Team

Participation in Games and Competitions

Coaches, in communication with their respective Coordinator, reserve the right to limit or withhold an athlete's participation in games or competitions if the athlete did not attend the required practices leading up to the event.

This decision is not intended as punishment. It is made to ensure:

• The safety of the athlete

• The safety of teammates

• Proper preparation and performance standards

• Fairness to athletes who consistently attend and participate in all required practices
